Try "Fn" + "Up" for page up, and "Fn" + "Down" for page down. Does that work?

Hmm... most sites seem to say that that is the equivalant of page up and page down. What about Command + Up and Command + Down?

Sorry, but I can't help any further. Try googling "Page Up for Macbooks" and see what you can see, but i don't know. Having very little mac experience myself, I can't tell you what the answer would be.

Keys q and e also work. These might be a little faster for the fingers than also pressing the fn key. In some maps, I change camera position almost every second, so fast access is important :)

A simple option is button "Q" and button "E" to change camera. GL in game.

Page-up and Page down are should be somewhere on your keyboard. Try to find it and the press either alt, fn, or shift button with it at the same time.
