Multi-CTF?

Ok, so this is a suggestion for a new game mode, Multi-CTF. The idea of this mode, is that it is a deathmatch capture the flag. Big maps like Kungur get 8 players, and maps like Fort Knox II get about 5.

 

What happens, is that it is a deathmatch, but with flags. You must capture as many of your opponents flags as possible, and each flag counts as a point. Like a deathmatch, whoever reaches the highest score in the limited time, or the limited points wins. It's quite simple.

 

EDIT: Your flag gets returned in 5 seconds if nobody takes it. Thanks to R3APER for helping me think of this.

2nd : In a big map like Brest II or Kungur, your flag gets returned in 15 seconds. Thanks again to R3APER for helping me.

I know what your talking about, except if your talking about 3 or more teams in Fort Knox II I don't think Tanki Online will be able to fit another few spaces for an extra team or two...So yeah... If otherwise, it wouldn't be fair for the other team, and the game would be complicated otherwise.

So, basically, no one will ever be able to cap a flag without drugging, since as soon as someone kills you, they take your flag, who in turn is killed by someone else who takes the flag AGAIN. No one can get flags AND defend their own flag at the same time, and no one will return your flag because they want to capture it as well. Stupid idea, as well as the fact that there is not enough space in these relatively small maps t have more than 3 teams.

Lol, you are quite true, but have you though about the other things, like what about your flag gets returned in 5 seconds if nobody takes it? I know I didn't put this but I will now.

Nice edit, sorry about ripping into your idea, gotta have constructive criticism though :wink: This is a more feasible idea now. One other thing, if it gets returned that fast, given the large size of the map, wouldn't capturing a flag be nigh impossible? You die and 5 seconds later the flag you had is back, seems difficult.
