About Thunder [UPDATED]

Thunder is meant for medium range camping. Don't use in small battles, Totally kicks butt as it upgrades, Charge a group of enemy when you want to kill yourself and damage/kill enemies. Thunder has always been my favourite weapon and one day I will have m3 :D, I currently have M2.

It's best with all sorts of different things, not many players use it with Hornet, I do. Most people are using it with a Green painted Viking. Mammoth is quite powerful for camping, it is very hard to destroy but causes heavy damage.

 

Cool things it does

- You can hit multiple targets,

- It looks very realistic and sounds cool :)

- It should freak enemies out when being hit if they're sound is too high (When I am playing around with the sound and a M3 Thunder hits me unexpectedly I FREAK!!! I spill my cup of juice if I'm not careful D:

- Fires instantly when you press the space bar (No preperation like railgun although it still has a cooldown).

- Useful for camping with Mammoth or Viking for Camping

UPDATED - Camping

Viking and Mammoth are you camping tanks, Viking would be better to camp a bit closer, and make use of the speed. Mammoth... meh... speed doesn't do much... Stay behind and blast them to pieces, also you're less of a target, shafts and railguns normally go for Hornets, Dictators and Vikings.

 

UPDATED - If they are up close D:

When an enemy is a close, all thunders fear this because they will hit themself if they don't shoot right. Try to aim at other parts of the tank which are further away from you, if you can't, hit a part of the wall that is further away from you.

Thunder does not "beat Railguns easily" unless the Rail user has no idea how to use it. I have killed plenty of Thunder users with ease. As long as there is cover available, it`s anyone`s game. The skill of both players is an X-Factor here. That alone will determine the outcome.

I just used my M2 Thunder with M2 viking, and I got over a 100 crystal reward in a Madness CTF game. Most kills on my team. =)

- Self destruct with it by shooting a wall or enemy tank very close

- Beat rail easy

- Good for camping

- Has a good knockback (Messes up railgun's aim)

- Good in Iran, Silence, Ect.

 

Thunder is not good at Silence, we just think it's good over there.

Self destructing is not cool, Worst thing to do.

Beating Railgun is hard. Even after half a year of using M3 Thunder I am unable to make Railguns miss 100% of the time.

The Knockback is not "that" good.

Good for camping, Yes. Bad for camping, Yes.

Thunder and Hornet is not the best combo, thunder and viking is better, and it's not always as easy to beat a railgun user, as kool already said. This is off-topic, but will you make a Shaft guide in the recent future, koolwalky?

I use thunder m3 all the time on test server :mrgreen: but use m0 gonna upgrade to m1 soon as possible :mrgreen: :D :D

oh yeah, self destruct when you got like 5% health left :mrgreen: :mrgreen: or shoot untill you get killed :P use in fort knoxes :D
