Thunder, over effective , or am i over reacting?

:( i would like to mention my feeling, peeve, about a turret type. i mention this, because, i see it way more effective, than it should be. Low ranking members are using "Thunder" for its wide dispersion. " its wide angle, both vertically and horizontally, it is much to much effective, for the rank, and merit of the user. " i have nearly left Tankionline, for this nuisance and unfairness. i say unfair, as even with protection, strength, the victim , is so often overpowered, by a cheap shot. i have stayed quite for the last 3 months on this matter, as i hoped the math experts, would work out the coupling accuracy and balance the effectiveness . but no, it is still way to effective for the crystal procurement index. " check it out yourself " or please comment on your feelings and observations. I am Thomas of Vancouver Canada, i love the game, my fave online game. i want to be in this game for the long haul, i only complain, or make this comment for the value of all. i have purchased, 21, and 31 dollars of half priced crystals and painted my tank as effective as i can afford. My latest 71 dollar purchase has been debited to my account, but denied, by Security, ru, on my visa, for some reason " i can not find out " and i still have no refund. so 71 bucks has gone some where, i have an email or two on the subject. but that is not my rant here, it is Thunder, being over effective, for its crystal merit. Cheers all, see you on Sevl, or other top crystal droppers. Oh yea, there could be more crystal dropped for us to chase. " love the game really " cheers, Masha Pelakova, of moscow is a babe.

i have bought crystals, to improve my game scores. i would also like to thank RU, credit card security, as i have quickly received my 71 bucks back into my Visa Account. Yea security.

i studied Russian in Tech school, and it has been a fun part of my life. .. I actually video chat, with this wonderful young woman in Moscow.

I've often felt the same when I got nailed by and M3 Thunder, just KABOOM and there goes a big chunk of your HP. But, either walk up right next to him or shoot at him from far away. If you're close, he will hurt himself, and the further away you are, the less damage he will be able to do to you.

 

Blake, how come you can't hide from the Twins, then come out and shoot, then quickly hide again?

I do agree, that maneuvering , and hiding , do help. learning tactical advantage, is a fun part of tanki.

Hah, if you tjink Thunder is annoying...try M3 Twins. I mean if the shoot at you, you can barely move forward...and it's really annoying when you use M3 Rail...as they keep popping up and knocking you off....stupid twins.

Thunder can be beaten if you know how to exploit its weaknesses. =)

M2 and M3 Thunder are the best weapons in game balancing wise. The splash radius is not massive, and the Thunder does not have great damage long range. Every gun is balanced ie- Richochet only has a limited consumption, Isida, Freeze and Firebird have short range, Railgun has a ling reload and recoil, and shaft is ridicoulusly slow. Apart from the twins( which are severely overpowered) Every weapon is balanced. So just shut up and buy Ruslte or something.

Freeze is the closest to being OP, becaue doing damage and freezing the enemy is a bit more destructive then doing damage and "jolting" an enemy.
