Tanki online is widening payment ways all over the world, so we would like to know which ways are most comfortable for you in your country.

 

For example:

- "My dad doesn't allow me to use visa so it would be comfortable for me if you introduced sms payments in ....Italy, Spain, Saudi Arabia etc"

- "I live in Brazil and i would like to pay for crystals using sms but the service is down"

- "I am from Egypt and my pay pal account is not working because i was banned by pay pal so the only way i can pay is through ......"

 

These are examples of what problems some of us might have. This is the time to say them out while you have all my attention.

Here, in Argentina, we can buy crystal by SMS. But we obtain 23 crystals, when in another countries you get 500+. Can you change the price quantity we can get please?

Pakistan,

SMS options don't have us on the list.

PayPal does not support Pakistan as well as a couple other countries.

Pre Paid cards are scarce over here.

 

Possible options,

Add SMS option for Pakistan,

Wait for PayPal to accept us -_-"

if i pay with dengi online and choose the MTS method. will the money be charged from my internet provider(it is MTS)which i have to

give him while giving the money for internet or will it be charged from me directly from my account?

When you use MTS method with dengi online, the money will be charged from your cell phone account, you can activate payment with your cell phone only

Hmmm,here in Brazil we have the SMS system,but everytime I send the SMS I get a message saying:Service unavaliable

And I can't buy crystals...I've lost the x2 crystal card because of it and now I have another one and I don't want to lose it.

In finland Im quite happy wiht sms but there could be more crystals wiht less price, for exapmle 511 crystals cost 7 euros!(still i have bought maximum amount 2 times(when it was cheaper) :D )

it would be better if it would be more like 815 crystals wiht 7 euros and 511 would cost something like 4.86 euros.

I've got something else: If you have bought Crystals and you get back on your account and you don't see the Crystals: don't get panic. Cause I don't know why, but the Crystals arrive only 10 minutes later. Cause I had that 3 months ago, when I had bought 15000 Crystals + Double Card. Anyway: Don't get panic when your bought Crystals don't arrive directly after your payment.

hello tanki team ! yesterday i registered with a new acc Big_Bada_Buuuuuuuum but I was nott asked for e_mail, then I bought some crystals, few hours later I tryed to log on new acc (message:wrong password),,, I tryed to retrieve password, but every time i tried I get new password for my old acc mc_toy,,, If I cant use my new acc any more, please transfer me crystals from Big_Bada_Buuuuuuuum to mc_toy account, thanks :)
