when attacking or healing multiple enemies the electricity can jump from one person to the next they do not both have to be in range, the second enemy only has to be 15 meters from the first and the third only has to be 15 meters from the second. every time the elctricity jumps it looses half its damage so at mo the 1st person takes 20 damage

while the second takes 10 and the 3rd person takes 5 and so on, rounding down.it can also work while switching from heal to damage so if your teammate is on 1 side of your enemy while you are onthe other it first attacks the enemy and then heals your teammate. it should be unlocked after the second dictator and cost 2400 crystals

its not a bad idea stats could be a little better though a chain of lightning doing 20+ HP

each will be a bit overpowered don't you think?

maybe like 10dmg with a slow recovery rate,won't be a very good offensive weapon but

will be a good team weapon

isia doesnt have slow recover rate its ok for me ;)

 

 

it dosnt do 20+ each it does 20 for the first, 10 for the second, 5 for third ect so the farther out, the less damage

i compared the stats of firebird to isida and used the ratio on freeze

a close rnged wind weapon? wouldnt that push out of range? but thier is a weopon like that, its called twins :P

EDIT: Second Dictator? Do you mean M2? So that means at Sergeant Major, don't you think it is too early for that rank? Maybe Wo 2 or Wo 5, since WO 5 doesn't have a weapon for that rank.

by second dictator i mean the "upgraded version" hornet is to wasp as vicking is to hunter as mamoth is to titan. so im guessing theres going to be an upgraded version of dictator

Emperor is 2.0 version of Dictator.

 

There is already 2.0 version of Isida which will come out later.

It will be called Acid Thrower (Well I think it is 2.0 of isida)

I forgot how much damage it will do but it was a lot. A little bit more than Freeze. It would be a turret where when you shoot someone, it will damage them for a while a little even if you are no shooting them.

Maybe keep the damage cap at 24 and just increase the Heal rate in the second version? Along with the special effect of course. :) Don't know. But Isida right now is also perfect and just a better heal rate would suffice.

Insida m3 (tier 1) does 24 damage like firebird m3 and the new insida m3 (tier 2) must have freeze m3 damage i am right ? :D
