you should not worry about dictators, i think you should get viking, it's cheaper and more or less same HP... although dictator is faster, but then it's a bit higher so easier to get hit with a rail...and a m3 rail hitting you does mean life and death sometimes...

i have m3 viking, its much better than m3 dictator althroug its slower by 0.5 cuz its has 30 more hp and its more smaller in the hight

Dictator is amazing for all kind of battles , it's fast and cheap , expecially good for rail ;D
