I see that some people have problems because they use two computers or more and they want to have WhatPulse, but... they get errors like "Error happened, please Reset Tokens" and here's the solution for that:

 

Step 1: Open the Home Page of WhatPulse (Obviously Log into your account)

 

 

 

Step 2: Go to "My WhatPulse" and click on it...

 

 

 

Step 3: Search the option called "Computers" and click on it...

 

 

 

Step 4-1: In the box text that you have at the bottom put the Computer Name that you want for your new Computer...

 

Step 4-2: Click on "Add New Computer"

 

 

You have to get this message:

 

 

 

Step 5-1: Click on the first option (I already have an account)

 

Step 5-2: Click on "Continue"

 

 

 

Step 6-1: Put your User Name of WhatPulse

 

Step 6-2: Put your Password

 

Step 6-3: Click on "Check for Computer Names"

 

 

 

Step 7-1: After you see that you can choose any of your Computers Available search for the one that the computer that you're using will use

 

Step 7-2: Click on "Login"

 

 

Remember: ONE COMPUTER NAME PER COMPUTER, YOU CAN NOT HAVE ONE COMPUTER NAME WORKING IN TWO COMPUTERS

Awesome help topic, but...

 

Reset tokens are not caused by "computer" issues. They are totally random. I even asked the whatpulse administration and they said they had no idea what caused them, and the fact is that they are random. I haven't got one in years, yet hogree gets them daily... and we use exactly the same PC, just different user accounts on the PC. This can solve some problems, but not reset tokens. ;) Still, awesome help!

Yes, but the 75% of the "Reset Tokens" problems are for this thing, you can not run one computer name in two computers, and this is for that... there are other problems that cause "Reset Tokens" but, this is the one that most users have because they do not know that you can only run one computer name per computer.

 

And I'm gonna tell you something, I was getting this error when I start using WhatPulse because I had a computer name working in two computers, when I fix that, I didn't get more "Reset Tokens"...
