score: strange things

I started a battle from the beginning. Our team won 2 vs 0. I did the two points/flags. I destroied 31 tanks and I was destroied 19 times and I was the best of my team: at the end I had 9 points/diamonds, a companion 58!

I cannot understand in which way is the points attribuition. I remember a match, weeks ago, that happened the inverse: I had more points than a companion that plaied better.

Maybe there is something wrong in the score attribuition?

The scores you get depend upon your rating, if a player has a good rating, he will get less points. This is implemented to keep balance in the game. because if everyone got the same score then new players wouldn't be able to be first in games.

Just Curious here! Do we really talk rating, or did you perhaps mean rank?

 

Because I ran into some strange score's as well. Here's my story...

 

I was playing a battle and noticed I had about twice the amount of kills one of my teammates had. His rank was the same as mine, but he still had a higher score. You would say, well it also depends on what rank you kill. True! But...

 

As the battle ended I started over again. I was quickly destroyed by someone with the same rank and he received 8 points for it. I respawned and killed him and I only received 1 point! This is when I really started paying attention to my scores...

 

I entered a battle with many players that had higher rank than me, in fact I was the lowest possible rank. I did end in first place and our team won the battle. This was a caputure the flag battle. Our team captured 3 flags of which I took 1. I'm only a Master Corporal and my score was 521, with 37 kills and I was only destroyed 39 times. The 2nd and 3rd place were WO1 and WO2, 6 and 7 steps higher on the rank ladder. The 2nd place had a score of 339 with 51 kills, and the 3rd place 323 with 46 kills. Considering my rank, the fact I captured 1 flag and the amount of kills I made compared to the 2nd and 3rd place, I find the difference in score very small. Is this perhaps a bug?

 

After that I carefully selected a new battle, got killed by someone the same rank (his first kill) and he received 14 points. I killed him next (my fist kill) and I received only 6 points!

 

After all... I find this very strange! I do have screenshots to back up my story though. So, who would like to reflect on this matter?

It all deepends on rating!!! If you have the lowest rating and kills the one with the highest, you would earn the most points from killing him, none would get that much.

i was in one team that won and the first (Me luckily)

got 30/31 crystals and the guy from the other team got 1

Grey - Your rating points.

 

Normally, rating is the green one.
