If you don't know electra is available at that rank go check in garage and if someone says he/she is hacker doesn't prove anything.

 

Last pic nothing special maybe they just turned on the server and after server restart usually I am the first one in server 1.

 

and In the chat you are saying can u hack for me. you should be banned for that.
