M1 shaft good?

It inflicts 110 HP of damage at full charge, which means it takes one shot to kill any Hornet or Dictator M2 or Viking M0-M1, and one shot at full charge + 1 shot in arcade mode to take down Dictator M3 or Viking M2. Which is acceptable. But with enemy Vikings M3 and Mammoths things are getting more complicated.

A good point is that when using a scope you can aim at the target being under enemy fire, estimate damage it takes and effectively steal a frag at the last moment. That's what Shaft is best of.

Its kinda good, fun to play with if u have the skills to use it.

When ur shooting ppl from some place where u will get ignored, u will feel like a god.

however when getting shot now u feel like a goddamned noob.

but i think m2 shaft dmg shold be raised.. m2 shaft cant kill noobish m1 mammouth.. its unfair.. it should be like 145 dmg not 140 ...

Yeah, but M1 Mammoth has 142hp. You take away 140hp, Mammoth has 2hp left. You don't even need to charge up to kill him. And M1 Mammoth is not noobish.

Hi,

I am having problems with premature slowing down of shaft rotation even at beginning of charge. Please sort it out.

P.S Why can't you just bring the old shaft back. It was effin perfect.

Thank you

I think Shaft can be allowed more flexibility in sniper mode at the expense of taking away the arcade mode completely: extreme power, but only across a very limited sector of view; so that at close ranges moving enemies do not fear the "blind" arcade shots at all and stand a very good chance of keeping out of sight even if Shaft is standing in the 90 degree corner.

Just my 2 cents

Cheers
