tankionline meses up my laptop

there is always something wrong with tankionline why does it keep freezing and then my cursor turns into a hourglass then even though i try ctrl alt del it wont work my laptop used to not freeze even if it gets out of freezing my tank keeps spinning the turret around i cant stop it. im so frustrated im about to break my laptop up so far no one helped me!!!!!!!!

clearing cache wouldnt change this i think :D
