I like shaft :P Insta-kill all thunders and ricos, or in the case of M3 Mammoth just full charge and tap-shoot for Shaft M3.

But Thunder is better than rico, which doesn't make a lot of sense because thunder costs less and is unlocked first.

even at m0 RICO/viking is still better at taking down m0/1/2 thunders!(close/mid combat)

thunder is scary in long range especialy the m2/3 :P

That doesn't answer his question, but I would guess about 11 to 15m AoE, maybe less. You can sit on the bottom of the ramp on the main platform on silence without worrying about Thunder AoE from people popping out into its LoS.

 

Not sure if anyone has tested it, but the easiest way to find out would be to put an isidia at maximum engagement range next to another tank (15m) and have a thunder shoot head on at the other tank and see if there is any damage.
