It is to my understanding that the general forum is also the bugs forum. If not, please move this to the bugs section.

 

I'd like to ask about four bugs, all of which have probably been mentioned before.

 

1. Sometimes, the chat does not disappear from the screen, even though I am in game.

2. Sometimes, the loading screen (the one with the loading shells) does not disappear from the screen when in game, and sometimes it just randomly appears.

3. Space + forward + left does not work properly.

4. As I am typing this, a polygon game has been frozen. The time limit is up, and I am 13 kills away from victory. However, nobody can spawn, and the timer at the bottom shows 0-1:0-23

I'd like to mention some bugs also.

- On my other account; BlakeX87, I was talking to friends. Apparently, they could see my texts, but I could not. I logged onto this account, and I could not see his text either. But I'm possitive my friends heared.

- Everyone knows this, I'm sick of people ramming me, then we get stuck together, then the person who rammed me, appears about 15 meters away.

- Crystal glitch - In island, the 2 crystals fall in the middle. Once I SWEAR i saw the crystal land on the roof and fall THROUGH it and a tiny part of the corner was sticking out, but I could not get it.

- Not long a go I had a "indestructible glitch* where nothing could hurt me, but i could not attack or take flag. It was funny but got annoying.

- Registerring email for new accounts; does not work. I type in a email I have not used for tanki at all but it says invalid email.

1 & 2) Known... But not that common and mostly caused by internet/computer when you click a button twice... And it starts to load twice... The chat one is pretty old though.

 

3) Depends on your keyboard and the keys you are using for forward. It is a flash game after all. ;)

 

4) Known, it pops up every so often. Its not just you its the entire server.

1) No idea.

2) That's called bad internet, get a better one. ;)

3) The buildings are cubes/cuboid. They are not perfect. So expect glitches like this.

4) That's called lag also.

5) Dunno'

 

Now Aftermath, to fix the Forward + Left + Space, most of the pros have switched over to WASD for the controls. Left hand on WASD, Thumb for space...

 

Now you have two more things, either right hand on Page up & Page down... Or use the left hand for Q and E for the camera controls.

Thanks for the reply koolwalky, and awesomeblake, I have some of those glitches too :/

 

1,2,4) Are these being worked on? You they are old glitches, and if so, why havn't they been fixed yet?

 

3) I hate changing layouts, but I guess I'll have to. I'm using E&Q for zoom in/out at the moment, I do this crazy hand trick :P

 

So the merging of tanks together is bad internet? Damn, I have terrible internet. I also know that in a cowboy standoff with someone with railgun m3 like me, I ALWAYS LOSE. Half the time it even shows that I shot first....and I still lose. Goddamn Australian internet :(

Hey one thing that i REALLY think is a problem is that when youre playing a battle with high battle funds (for example 2000), for the people that got the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place would get a good quantity of crystals, but when u finish the battle and the server is closing, those battle funds that u would win; you loose them, so u dont get any crystals for your hard work in that battle. :( It happened me today (with less battle funds)

Are you sure it didn't just take 10-15 mins for it to be processed. Something similar like this happened to me, so i thought i would have to report it. Before i got round to reporting it, it eventually was credited to my account.

 

 

 

3. Space + forward + left does not work properly.

 

What turret were you using? I find that when using a weapon that has a quick charge like the twins, i can't fire, turn and move forwards or backwards all at the same time.

 

Personally i find not being able to move forwards/backwards, turn, fire and move the turret annoying (especially when running away from a tank) but i think the game has been programmed this way.
