Can anybody help me decide weather or not to buy the thunder. Like list the pros and coons of having it on the map madness (the one with gravity.) I have the smoky m3 and i absolutely love it on that map for parkour :) I also like to protect myself.

Im just wondering if its worth it, will i be able to make as many crystals as before? Would i be able to to reload as fast? LOL

By pro, do you mean your in the top 3 for most of your games?

 

If so, then yes, gwt Thunder. Bear in mind the splash has its pros and cons:

 

Pros:

 

Splash can kill multiple enemies

Very fast reload at M3 (faster than Smoky M3 I believe!)

Good for most maps

Shooting the side of a building can kill the enemy (use this tip!)

 

Cons:

 

Splash can kill you if your too close

Doesn't do much at extreme long range.

Really bad in close combat because your too close

 

When your pro qith Thunder, all the cons will turn to nothing. Also, use Thunder at M1 to get used to the splash!

Pro abilities

A) Good damage

B) Decent fire rate

C) Good for taking out groups

D) Can topple Hornets, Hunters and Wasps

E) Looks great on many tanks

F) Great range

G) Able to get to secluded area's with it, E.G- The top part behind the Spawning area in Combe

H) Can be used in very versatile situations

I) Has a ({Jiggling}) effect when shooting at enemy Hornets,Wasps and Hunters. so you can put off Railers and Shaftys

J) Very, Very good at M1, it can take out enemy's with speed and accuracy

 

Cons

A) It costs alot

B) Topples you if you are shooting sideways while moving with a Hornet, Wasp, Hunter and sometimes a Dictator

C) Damages you if you shoot at point blank range, or just close up

D) Not good for shooting through little sniping gaps

E) Doesnt take out Freezers very well, they can get close up and you inflict colateral damage

F) Only good on Strong tanks with 100+ HP

 

Summary

Good for the average tanki player, great for taking out groups or putting people off, great for parkour peeps, Very effective at M1+, but very expensive for the average tanki player

No, M3 Thunder has a slower reload than M3 Smoky, but much more firepower :twisted:

smoky m3 is ok but you would want to get thunder cuz is more powerful and make more damage from distance if you wanna get thunder get dictator fast strong and verry cheap for a warrant :lol:
