Just last night I was a Warrant Officer and now I am a Recruit? I was thinking WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED?! :shock:

 

And now I try to go on and my password was changed!!! :?:

 

And now that I got it back I can't even play the GAME!! :evil: :evil: :evil:

 

I lost my rank my guns my password and now the GAME!

 

There is something going on! No english moderators...

 

Players hacking every account they see...

 

Lag like never before?

Clear the chache, reload the game. Your rank will be back. Unless of course you were wiped for unfair levelling.

Once again, clear the cache and reload the game. Until you are able to enter the game and confirm that your rank is indeed gone, shouting on the forum will be pretty useless.

 

p.s. just checked, your rank is still there.

I changed Browsers and it is still gone cleared the cache Still Gone... the same for me (yet again cause i cant login i am on my brothers account) i lost my password, and it said my email wasnt registered, someone said i should email tanki at help@tankionline.com but they haven't replyed (i sent the email last week) is there anything you can do for me or do i have to start again???

i also have the feeling that english players are being ignored

pls help me get my account back (goireland is the name)
