Well, actually problem has my friend, not me , but he's not in town for 2 weeks and i'll try to help him...

 

At First, I have a Question, Does Anyone Plays with the Account Hoi123< ???

We know password and we just can't get into it, unfortunately, we've forgotten the Email Password and we can't change it, so someone and somehow broke our acc and is playing with our tank may be...

 

or, there's no one playing, account is blocked ..

 

can you answer me what's happening, is it blocked or broken? and how can i change password, my friend has already written this problem to Admins @Email But.... :( :( :( :x

I know the password but i dont play on the account. Gate13 is the main player and sends bad messages to admins. I can help your friend with the pasword. Otherwise you will have to contact help@tankionline to change the email,password,ect. I hope this helps!

Did your friend somehow get his acc blocked by doing something...unappreciated...on the forum?

just because you were never in the formums dosent mean you were never banned in the battles its tankionline you can get banned anywhere

Ik weet dat je vriend NL is, dus ik zeg het even in het NL: Het probleem dat jij jouw wachtwoord niet kan veranderen, is misschien doordat er iets miss is gegaan. Misschien moet je inderdaad een mail naar help@tankionline sturen, om te zorgen dat zij het wachtwoord veranderen. Ik hoop dat je niet geblockt wordt, en dat je ook nooit meer je wachtwoord uitgeeft!
