My account has been hacked...

For 2 weeks now, (going on 3) my account has been taken over by a hacker named Roberto, he has spent an approximate total of 10,700 crystals on various upgrades that I would never have purchased, (I was saving for Viking M3) this person also logs into my account while I am in battles and it kicks me from the game and I lose crystals that way as well...

 

Yesterday, I spent about 30 minutes kicking him back off by logging in over and over again!!

 

I have contacted various Tanki personelle about changing my password e.t.c... but it seems the solution has been to lock my account even from me!! and now I cannot log in to get my daily bonus once again causing me to lose crystals, or powerups, or double crystal card, or whatever it may be!!

 

I really do not understand why I just cannot change my password???? should be such a simple process.... but apparently, NOT....

 

I have been told by some players that Tanki will not refund my crystals that the hacker spent,,, if that happens then I will quit playing Tanki, I have played far too long, and spent some money to get some of those crystals, and I will NOT do it again...

 

I have been playing online games for almost 15 years, and I have never saw a game that takes this long to change a password...

 

Now, DO NOT ban me cause I am not talking about moderators actions, I am speaking of Tanki's general response time to hacked passwords and hacked accounts!!

 

 

If you DO ban me, I will repost this to all game forums, blogs, Facebook, e.t.c... e.t.c... that I can think of, players here need to know what is happening, DO NOT censor me!!

Like I said, I have sent out at least 15 emails to help@tankionline, it took 6 days just to get a response at all!!

 

and when I did, finally, now they have locked my account, that is good that the hacker cannot access my account, (hopefully they cannot) BUT it's bad for me, I cannot get my daily bonus now, and I don't know how long it is going to stay locked!! everyday that it is locked, I am going to lose crystals now, and I average between 500-1200 a day depending on how much I play e.t.c...

 

So seems no matter what, the hacker is going to put the screws to me one way or the other.... it really sucks....

Isn't there an option to change your account's password yourself? =/

 

I believe it can/could be found in the 'settings' screen.

And here he is again trying to insult my intelligence....

 

Once again, read what the hell people post!!! it's pretty obvious that if corresponding with several mods and Tanki online personelle hasn't "done the trick" then I am sure hitting the little gear at the top of my account window isn't going to do a damn thing either.... geez man...

 

Wow you never quit do you? you think you so damn smart kid... got news for you....

Thanks for the info, but I have pretty much p.m.'d just about any and everybody about this, plus emailed support at least 15 times!!

 

Finally they have locked my account, I cannot get in it either, so no daily bonuses for me,,, but at least, (hopefully) the hacker cannot either to spend even more of my crystals...

woah i really dont know how it feels when some1 hacks your acc...i was never in that situation of course it feels bad and it must be bad.

Snyper22 you should seek justice in every corner of tanki online,dont fall deep,continue sending messages to tanki online staff.

I dont know how to help you,im here to boost your morale,that's why i'm writing this.

First of all, did you try to change your password the "normal" way before sending the email off the help@tankionline.com ?

 

If you did, why didn't it work? It works for me and 99% of the other players in the game...

Firstly, I don't understand why you guys fail to get Replies from help@tankionline.com Just today I contacted them and We exchanged around 5 e-mails within 20 minutes.

Secondly, Your account has been blocked, the only people who can help you now are sitting at help@tankionline.com and you WILL have to prove that you are, indeed, the real Snyper22. And somehow you can still post on forums. (I don't know how o.o)

If that is the way you respond to someone's attempt to assist you, then fine; I will refrain from trying to 'help,' you in the future.

 

Come to think of it, why should I care at all? It's not my account that has been hacked then simultaneously blocked.

What to do if your account has been stolen.

And don't dig up old topics; that's against the rules.

There's also no need to spam up Smileys.

The time of response to emails depends on the general workload of our customer support. Believe me, they sit in the next room to me every day and they are trying to do their best, they just have a lot of things to do sometimes. Once you've proven  that you are the real owner (they will ask you some questions about the account to verify it), you will get your acc back. Just have patience.
