Try refreshing or

A) If you have a ''Sky'' router and one of the lighter are amber, this means the connection is ON ITS WAY to connect, if you, like me, have experienced such an issue as the fourth light, that is the one with the @ next to it, flashes amber, then goes blank, you must either give it time to cool down ( 3-6 hours ) and turn it on again and try to connect, if the connection is still broken, just contact ''Sky'' about your problem

B) if you have any other router... then, im afraid i can't help, sorry

 

Either any of them or just ease of tanki, the best way to improve performance, that is internet wise, you must ( If you have FireFox ) click on history, or just press [Ctrl] and [H], then, it should say [Today] and the other time periods, press [Delete] once you have highlighted it, this will erase the evidence that you have used any thing today, and therfore, give your computer alot more breathing space, also, this will NOT affect your login status, so you are not treated like a new player every time.

This happens too me where my connection bugs out on Tanki but then its good for like another month. :P

 

me too This is a problem that affects me from time to time but better to play without any other open program
