This maybe simillar to other topics, but I just want to give my advice to newbies, so feel free to view it.

 

Pushing enemies off is one of the best ways to destroy them.

Camping is also good, it gives less time for enemies to hit you, and gives you the chance to deal alot of damage. Be sure to have a wall or a building or something to help.

 

Later on, you do some crazy things as a high rank, it gets hard to control speed as with fast tanks.

Tactics for Sandbox

Sandbox is a map where you would need a faster tank for firebird, and a slower tank for twins or smokey. Capturing flags is quite hard, because enemies can spawn right next to you if you are halfway on your way home. If there is 1 or 2 enemies with their back turned to you in the middle, don't be a coward, charge in and take them out, and then go capture. However, if there is a heap of them, 3 or more, don't go there, when you hit one a couple of times, the others will see and turn around and thrash you, so thats when they are busy, you can sneak arond the sides. When in Deathmatch, Avoid going in the middle because it exposes you alot, and most of the people around you will see you first and attack you. So be sure to hang around near the edges if you have a vulnerable tank, and just camp in bushes or hide behind buildings.

 

Tactics for Sandal

If it is CTF, you should just grab a hunter and smokey and camp down the back, OR get a wasp and Firebird, and quickly drive from cover to cover untill you get close enough to reveal yourself and kill them all. There are plenty of places for cover, so camping or moving up to their base is quite easy. Never charge into them with a Wasp and Smokey :lol: because you'll just die.

In a deahtmatch, don't expose yourself. Try and get into a 2 or 3 sided cover place and camp there, or if you use firebird creep around and suprise them and kill them, but don't expose youself to long range guns.

In sandal I would also suggest that if you have titan or an upgraded hunter and smokey just find a wall and shoot at people coming past.

heyy i use my m2 rail m2 dictator and owned some ppl my ranki in my other acc and smoky/hunter was easy to beat...add a technique here tht prolongs their survival and ill read :D

Tactics for BoomBox 2:

1.Capture the Flag.(CTF)

A.Twins:This is a good place for twins.You might want to get white paint,it's cheap and provides good camouflage.Use a strong tank for this,but not Wasp.With twins,you will protect more than attack,since Titan is slow if you use it.However,if you use Hunter you might want to get some power ups(drugs).In this map two boxes with crystals/power ups fall in middle.You might want to hide behind some buildings.

B.Firebird:Firebird is not suggested but if you want to use it,get a white paint and a fast tank.Do NOT use Titan with firebird.With firebird,you might want to sneak behind the houses at each end of enemy base.Use Wasp or Hunter;you choose.Both are good tanks.In this map two boxes with crystals/power ups fall in middle.With firebird,you will be attacking or camping at the edges of the square-like shape in the middle.However,be afraid since people with a upgraded wasp may kill you,since they are fast.

C:Smoky:Get a good tank for this one,if you wanna go capturing flags,try upgrading your Wasp,but if you wanna protect then get Titan.Get paint white too for this,but if not,upgrade your weapon, or get both.A good example is white smokey M1(model 1) with smokey M1.If you spare some money you can go for smokey M2 too.It is better.With Smokey you can do anything,from protecting to sneaking and attacking with drugs.In this map two boxes with crystals/power ups fall in middle.

2.Death Match.(DM)

A.Twins:Get the heaviest tank and attack every one you see.Feel free to use drugs here.

B.Firebird:This weapon is HIGHLY NOT reccomended for this map/mode.But if you want to use it,get a fast tank.

C.Smoky:Get a Titan and shoot everyone you see.Also,consider upgrading your smoky.

3.Team Death Match.(TDM)

A.Twins:I suggest you stack up some drugs in case of loss of a lot of points so you can pay back but get a Titan armor first.

B:Firebird.Get a quick tank and destroy everything you see!

C.Smoky:I don't suggest this weapon,you might get destroyed by twins and firebirds shortly after you spawn but if you really want to use Smokey,then get a Titan.

 

NOTES:Sorry for the whole smoky thing,I don't know how to write it.If I say something wrong sorry,I'm a newbie too you know.
