Shared XP

Hello I am posting about shared XP this is where I shoot some tank so much and then some one else kill steals them so I just want this because of my low rank and I cant get many kills when everyone else has a huge gun that kills me easily also money needs to be easier to uptake we need xp after every full game played so if i play a full game i think i should get some extra xp. I think that all the lower levels would like this too because we are just weak tanks that give xp not get xp i have played ma by 3 or 4 games where everyone is my rank or a little higher also make it to where only only a certain rank can get into a series of games like a section for that rank.

"This has been discussed multiple times over at the russian-language section. Why do you only get a frag for a kill ion Counter-Strike, Quake and virtually any other shooter game? Because otherwise there would be no motivation to kill the enemy as you could earn much bigger points by just shooting at random into a group of tanks.
