A small change in Rules.

Hello.

 

We have a rule that says we cannot put many pictures in 1 post, if we put like 5, we get banned.

 

This rule is actually correct, but I think it should change a little, because it takes time to load a topic where everyone posts 1 picture.

 

Here is how should it go, every player should post pictures in a SPOILER, or a link, no matter the number, so the page loads faster and we could then choose to view which pictures we want to see, rather than waiting for the whole page to load some pictures we don't want to see, also, less pages will be in a topic as well.

 

 

When someone wants to quote, he should either quote the links or the spoiler, if he removes the spoiler, or put the links as pictures, he must get banned.

Banning someone for posting a picture without spoker will just make even more people quit the forums.

Which means exactly that you are not allowed to post pictures over 640x480 (no matter how many). However with the new forum pictures get automatically resized to fit the post, so banning for this rule is really rare. But still, if you post some 5000x5000 monster it won't be nice.

But again, I don't see a point where it says you can't post more than 1 picture in 1 post.

Sorry to say, but forum without pictures is not a forum. When quoting large pictures, spoiler/leaving them as link is necessary, but otherwise, pictures are ok

 

also, less pages will be in a topic as well.

Every page has 20 posts, no matter how many pictures or how much text there is in them

Well, if he repeatedly does it then the situation won't be really nice for him

 

In conclusion OP, it's 99.9% sure your "rule" change won't happen. But if you still want it to be read by devs - do it either in Ideas topic or on Feedback.
