To be fair, that is how Saboteur should have worked in theory. You're mining bases into inaccessibility. You could have lain 54 mines while only using 6 from your stockpile.3 points

Thank you all for the kind words guys, it's been a real pleasure and I'll think back on my time here with fondness. Take care!3 points

Soon we will not be able to get anything for crystals. It will be either real money (for the fools willing to part with it) or tankoins (which will cost real money to buy) You definitely cannot get anything with the measly amount of tankoins we get form missions! But hey, I play for fun and i do not do any of their "special" events. Heck, I do not even go for gold boxes unless they fall on top of me! I wouldn't be surprised if in the near future we will need tankoins just to sign in!3 points

Tankers! The WAR - Stolen Christmas is in full swing and the special site is online! REMEMBER To participate in the WAR, you MUST log into the website with your Tanki account username and password. Here’s the link. If you do not log into the WAR website, your Stars WILL NOT be counted Before you jump into the WAR, make sure you familiarize yourself with the details of the WAR on the official announcement. Now, get ready to make (or break) the festive season! War progress: You’ve been keeping yourselves busy on the battlefield, and it shows, because the situation on the War map has been changing rapidly. Turn 13: The war is nearing its finale, and things couldn't get any more heated! Elves are still in the lead, while Santas managed to climb their way back up to second place. But most importantly, for the first time in Tanki War events we have a conquered capital! Against all odds, Snowmen managed to capture Santas' Capital territory, thus gaining them a bonus 5 points. This doesn't actually mean anything for Santas and they are still very much in the game, although fighting to take back the capital would be a significant waste of resources, especially considering that Elves are a much greater threat. Either way, with the territories being spread all across the map and each faction having at least 20 adjacent enemy regions available for attack, the winner could still be anyone, and we won't know until the end. The D-day is tomorrow. Previous turns: Keep fighting, earning Stars, and making smart tactical decisions. And don’t forget to monitor the War map closely, because the situation can change anytime! IMPORTANT: Bonuses from Battle Pass and/or Premium Pass are counted only if a player had the Pass at the moment they clicked the «Confirm» button on the war website. Do you have any questions? Ask us on the forum and in social media. We will answer in the next announcement. Expect some heated combat this weekend! Summary of details: General information «War. Stolen Christmas» starts tomorrow, on December 11th, at 07:00 UTC and will last until 02:00 UTC on December 25th. There will be 3 factions in the War — Snowmen, Santas and Elves. Prizes Your personal progress, as well as that of your faction, depends on how actively you have played. For example, if: You take part in all 14 turns of the War Earn more than 40 stars during each turn Take part in capturing bonus regions You own both Battle Pass and Premium Pass Your faction wins …your total prize will be 168 containers. Additionally, you will receive the special «War Winner» paint, and be automatically entered into a giveaway where you could win a smartphone, skins, or tankoins! We will hold a giveaway for members of the winning faction with following prizes: Nokia 4.2 smartphone, 5 XT containers, 5 Railgun Prime skins, a bundle of 28 500 tankoins. We’ll also be holding another giveaway where a lucky member from each of the losing factions will win a Nokia 2.2 smartphone (1 per faction). Prizes for the previous turn and for the capture of bonus territories will be awarded daily from 06:00 to 07:00 UTC the next day. The War site will be unavailable at this time. Prizes to the winners of the War we will give out on December 25th during the day. The draw will take place on the stream also on December 25th. More information about prizes is available on the forum or in previous announcement about prizes. Paints In order to participate in the War you need to buy the «Distributor» paint. Upon buying the «Distributor» you will be randomly assigned to one of factions — Snowmen, Santas or Elves. The «Distributor» will be available in the Shop until December 24th 02:00 UTC. Keep in mind that in the Flash version of the game, the «Distributor» paint is at the bottom of the Shop, in Paints category. Website For the «WAR – Stolen Christmas» event, we’ll be launching a special website with the map on which the action will happen. On this website, you will be able to choose regions to attack and defend, follow the progress of the WAR, and track your own progress in the event. For your convenience, will add a button in the game Lobby, which will take you directly to the War website (the button will only be available in the browser versions of the game). ATTENTION: It takes up to 10 minutes to update information about faction votes on the website. How to win The collective goal for each faction, is to capture and defend as many regions of the map as possible. At the end of the WAR, the faction that has collected the most points for capturing regions, wins. The «WAR» is played in a turn-based format, where each turn lasts 23 hours (from 7 UTC to 6 UTC of the next day). You will need to do two things — first, you’ll need to choose which regions on the WAR map you want to fight for. You must pick two regions: a region that you want to attack a region that belongs to your faction, and that you want to defend against enemy forces. After confirming your choice on the WAR website, you must go into matchmaking battles in Tanki Online and earn Stars by defeating other players. Once again: the more stars you score per turn, the more prizes you will receive and the higher the chance of your faction to win. Chat channels and forum clubs And don’t forget that we have added special chat channels to the game for Snowmen, Santas and Elves, and special forum sections to allow you to discuss tactics and prepare your secret plans of attack. Look for more details about the mechanics and rules of the War on the forum! Previous war paint When we had the WAR last year, we had told you that the winners paint would be removed with the arrival of the new WAR. Well, the new WAR is here… BUT, we’ve decided to let you keep last year’s paint as part of the legacy of the WAR in Tanki Online. Note that this only applies to last year’s WAR winners paint. From this year, the winners paint will be removed as explained in the original announcement. F.A.Q. 1. How will defense system work? Will it be possible to defend a region which my faction is not controlling yet? 2. If a player buys stars, are they counted as faction progress? 3. Is it true that the last turn will be shorter than others? 4. What are conditions of winning the war? 5. The war will last for 2 weeks. If a player completes all requirements of receiving containers will the player get 9*14=126 containers? 6. Where can I buy the «Distributor» paint? I do not find it in the garage. 7. Will you remove the paint from winners of «War. Domination». 8. If a faction has lost all regions, does it mean that the faction is eliminated from the war? 9. If I was earning stars but voted only in the evening, will the stars that I earned earlier today, count for the war? 10. How are the points counted?2 points

tree's are becoming more like tankiX . please don't make it like Tanki X. it should be able to die a slow death on its own . the pain is too much .. if you wanted tanki to be like tankiX then why did they even waste time and money making it . they should have just improved this game three years ago.2 points

To be honest, we wouldn't be having this problem if there weren't overpowered alts for Railgun. The amount of times I've died to Large Caliber Rounds Railguns enraged me so much that I got 40% Falcon without sales. There's some things that manage to get on my nerves, like Duplet or Magnums, but LCR is the one thing I hate going up against most when I don't have Falcon on. What were they thinking when they increased the damage to the stratosphere? (no pun intended)2 points

The ABC-Arid Burial Crew . The Clean Karma Chapter 2 By ILiveOnTheChatBox123 Disclaimer: All plagiarism is purely coincidental, and it just means that the author has a great imagination. All similarities to real events or occurrences or any resemblance to real life may have actually inspired these daydreams that this writing is based on. In a more likely event, it is absolutely coincidental in all forms. So consider yourself disclaimed. This series so far: ABC Chapter 1-The Mysterious Graveyard Cast so far: Scarlet and Ellen are coworkers in an office somewhere in Tankisville. Recap from The Mysterious Graveyard: Scarlet and Ellen spend the night camping in ‘A Grave Affair’, a hut formerly used for a security guard in the cemetery. Scarlet had told co-workers to come by at night and try to scare Ellen. They heard terrifying noises, but their co-workers forgot to come and make them. In the last Chapter we ended off: “Now where did those noises come from? Stay tuned to find out.” He dug his suit out of his closet, although Josh didn’t wear it often. He was more of an outdoorsman, and he despised such garments that are hard to work in. However, today Josh wanted to dress somewhat more formal, as is the practice with corporate interviews, such as the one Josh was attending. Josh rarely took the Tankisville bus. It was simply that the county bus took more of a direct route to his former office. Additionally, he enjoyed biking on the popular bike route that went into town. Nonetheless, today he took the Tankisville bus, since it led directly to the location of his potential boss. Also, he wouldn’t exactly bike, as hefty gray rain clouds loomed overhead. Josh found himself a seat on the bus, folded umbrella in hand. It wasn’t too long of a ride, not more than 5 miles. The bus route even ran parallel to part of the cycling route he enjoyed. But it did afford him the opportunity to analyze his previous interviews. He knew they can take quite some time to be processed, and he hadn’t received too many rejections. He had not gotten the job at the local Tanki office. He met the minimum age requirement, and had the experience necessary of a Major. But that was more of an outlier, as it was likely due to his lack of proficiency in Russian. Josh did not really have a problem with his working record. He hadn’t been fired by his previous boss at Barnwood Inc., it just simply closed down. He had worked long hours, yet he rarely missed a day. He never got the promotion he wanted. It likely was that office jobs didn’t quite desire an outdoor lumber laborer. If only he could get something outdoors that had a decent pay he would be more than happy to accept it. At this point he was willing to take any job that had a decent pay. However, unlike in Tanki, he didn’t have a clean karma.Yes, he likely had difficulty getting a job due to his criminal record. Josh was reminiscing about those past days. It hadn’t really affected him right away, as he had gotten off on community service, but now it really was affecting him. It had been back in high-school, quite a while back. He started hanging out with the wrong crowd. Billy and Willie were not so bad, except they met to smoke once a week at the local park. Josh also liked to smoke from time to time so he went along. When his grades started dipping, he simply sat behind Willie and cheated off his test. Then, when this nightly club started drinking alcohol, Josh had wanted out. But since his ‘membership’ in the club came with free hundreds, he just stuck around, although he didn’t partake. When they started on drugs, he no longer knew what they were doing. He merely hung around to chat, while they were busy with unknown substances. So one Tuesday after school, Willie told him he wasn’t feeling well, and he wasn’t sure he could make it that night. So he gave him a bag to bring to the club in case Willie couldn’t show up. Josh never opened the bag to check its contents, but he thought something suspicious was in there. That night when he got to the hangout, he lifted the bag and called for Billy. Then, several plainclothes officers surrounded them, and demanded Billy open the bag. They even brought a search warrant from Judge Lester, as it seems some adults had brought up this matter to the police. When they found illegal substances in there, they arrested Billy and Josh, and later they faced charges. Since they were only minors, Judge Lester had sentenced them to 50 hours of community service, in up keeping the local Tankisville cemetery. They worked after school, mostly taking care of overgrowth from this old cemetery. He had not minded mowing grass, trimming branches, and uprooting weeds. However, it all came back to haunt him when he left school to start working. The police had left a file stating that he was a criminal, and that had he been an adult, he would have gotten 2 years of prison time. Josh had appealed this file, but Judge Lester was not interested. Josh had withdrawn his appeal after he saw it was not going anywhere, and it was too expensive to fight for an unemployed person. Therefore, he had a lengthy application period until he got a job. The old man who owned and ran Barnwood Inc. did not believe in doing any research. It wasn’t such a great job, as it was poorly run, and it didn’t offer him any way in working his way up the ‘ladder’ from a standard laborer. Nevertheless, he stayed to keep some employment. Yet when this old boss had retired and had taken the company with him, then Josh was back to square one. As the Tankisville bus sped down the road, Josh saw the old Tankisville Cemetery. Yet this time he noticed some ugly black gates had been added. Additionally, a big billboard hung, advertising for the new Arid Burial Crew that had taken over the cemetery since some 10 years ago when he had done his community service there. He noticed they were offering positions in the company, so Josh quickly jotted the number down, and he planned to apply later. Josh got off the bus at his stop in town, and he went to his interview. He had most of the questions mostly prepared, and he was able to explain why he wanted to work here, his goals, and he went through most of the interview well. Then his potential boss asked him if he thought he would get the job despite his criminal file. Josh stumbled a bit, but remained cool. He answered “I could have done more to prevent it, although it was not entirely my fault. I have put the past behind me in the last 10 years, and I would love to continue to do so by excelling in this company”. He seemed impressed by the response, and jotted some notes down, as he wrapped things up. Then he proceeded on with a tour of the office, and he explained to Josh how some of the things run. Then, as per the old Tankisville tradition, Josh ate lunch in the office’s kitchen with the other employees. He had brought a sandwich from home. Josh started to strike up conversation with some of the employees. “Hi Josh, I am Scarlet,” one of the employees said, obviously reading his nametag. “Where have you worked previously,” she asked. “Hi Scarlet, I worked in Barnwood Inc. but they closed down recently. I also did some community service a while back at that old Tankisville Cemetery.” “Did you really?” Scarlet exclaimed. “Ellen you hear that?” she motioned to a co-worker down the table. “Were there these strange things there then also?” Josh felt intrigued. “When I had been there it had been the most boring place on the planet. If only something interesting had happened while I was still there, I was bored stiff!” “I don’t think you would have been so happy if such scary things had happened, unless you are the kind of guy who plays the Tanki Halloween map nonstop,” Scarlet responded. Scarlett and Ellen proceeded to tell over the story of all those strange signs, and the scary madness that took place at 2 o’clock. Josh replied that he knew nothing about it, and he said goodbye and went back home. On the bus back, it was really starting to pour, and some lighting and thunder went through this rainstorm. It was an extremely empty bus, and he figured no one there would mind if he made a phone call to check out this ABC Company. It did not hurt to apply for a job there too, he thought. Josh dialed the number, and reached the receptionist. He was expecting something tune of “ABC offices, how can I help you?” as is the conventional method. Instead, he heard the voice at the other end of the line say “Hi pal, what’s up?” Josh quickly regained his wits, then he thought it likely was an old friend of his that now worked there, and he recognized Josh’s number. Hence, he gave him an atypical reply. “The sky is up, and it sure isn’t blue,” Josh said, as he glanced towards the overhead rainstorm. “Sure Bill, I’ll transfer you to Willie,” the receptionist replied. Josh was entirely confused, but soon enough he was speaking to this Willie. “Hi Bill, it all happens tonight at ‘A Grave Affair’.” Josh quickly heard a click, and his call was no longer connected. Now he was entirely unsure of how to make sense out of what had transpired. To be continued. Author's note; if you think this story is not good enough, and you can easily do better, so then please do so! The first story in this series won me loads of crystals in 'Finish The Story' contest, so if you really can do better, you could have cashed in big-time. So start writing your stupendous pieces and fill the AWS. Maybe with all your participation we can revive some of these contests! Happy Writing!1 point

Updating bushes it useless, there are more pressing stuff right now. Especially if it makes the computer crash more often... Client became a nightmare now, it crashes on his own every 3 to 4 battles, I have to close the client after 3 battles to avoid that. And don't tell me it's my computer. I had 0 crashes with the client on January. Since November, it's a nightmare. And I'm not the only one complaining about that on the forum. Tanki X was a project to collect more and more money. It was doomed from the start and it does not surprise anybody that the game will close in 2020. As for TO, I don't understand why they are still stuck to such old graphic, near 2020. They wasted too much time in TX.1 point

Yes it is fairly obvious tanki is P2W, just take a look at lower ranked battles. But being P2W is completely normal for a game that's free-to-play. And unlike some other P2W games, tanki has released several updates before attempting to bridge the gap between buyers and non-buyers, each with varying degrees of success, but still greatly appreciated.1 point

She has created a world for us which will live on for the rest of our lives. Even if we forget about Tanki and forum moderation or the edit and warn toggles, how we went from rags to riches, how we flexed cool paints and basked in our helperhood glory, I will never forget Cooper's name for the rest of my life, and that is something I promise, not only to my fellow tankers out there, but to any person who might've had the pleasure of knowing her in real life. And in the notorious famous words of the highly mult-nanamous forum moderation team, "If it ain't Coop, it ain't good."1 point
