If you mean get real money back for buying them, then no. There are no refunds. If you mean getting spent crystals back, then yes. You will receive all of your crystals once you recover your account in Tanki 2.0.

That`s what I thought when I first saw that combo in-game.

Thunder does not "beat Railguns easily" unless the Rail user has no idea how to use it. I have killed plenty of Thunder users with ease. As long as there is cover available, it`s anyone`s game. The skill of both players is an X-Factor here. That alone will determine the outcome.
