Depending on the context, "mult" can mean: a) a normal multiple account, this is the way in which it was originally coined, from the word "multiple" (AFAIK). b ) Someone on your team who is weak and not performing properly. c) A player on your team purposely weakening the team by shooting teammates, not moving, and/or not shooting enemies.

My Chinese knowledge is limited, so I can't translate it directly, but the first screenshot is to do with the 3 hours per day time limit set on every account in the Chinese Tanki, instituted because the Chinese government has a 3 hour limit for each person to play video games. The second would probably be due to the same thing, that one has words outside my vocabulary so I don't completely understand it.

Yet most companies do that all the time. Is it against the law that the 6 pack of lucozade which I bought yesterday is now a 4 pack and is sold as the same product - it previously being "50% extra free"? Or how my kellogg's variety pack, which I used to love because of the way in which it had "Crunchy Nut" included, now contains "Bran Flakes" instead? Are they against the law? How come they have not been stopped from stocking these products in mainstream supermarkets then? I know I used brands which are familiar to myself, and may not be familiar to you. Add to the fact that there is no evidence that your new goods are inferior (technically they have greater hp and speed) or that Tanki are saying that it is the same product which they provided pre-rebalance, and you're in a pretty poor legal position.

You underestimate the fact that isida now has the most dps in the game and it's self heal feature is absolutely pwnage. Isida may not be so good at healing anymore, but it is now a very good offensive weapon, which, before the rebalance, it was not.

Spectator mode, if lags can be sorted out, would be good. It's not practical at the moment though. That idea has been suggested at least once a week, no lying, since I joined the game, two and a half years ago. You weren't the first, you were just another one of a whole long line of trailblazers...

I noticed that I had this problem expansively. I have sorted it out now, not by clearing caches or anything else, but by going into the Flash player settings (you can get there by right-clicking the Tanki game screen) and changing the "amount of memory this application can store on your computer" (or something along those lines) to "unlimited". It may be worth trying that yourself, now I no longer have lag except for the first minute of two of playing.

And yet again, no reason is given except for greed.... is it wrong to be greedy in business?
