The difference is the lighting! Other maps don't have lighting. Iran has lighting information baked into it's texture which is relatively quite q time consuming process to create. The idea of this kind of realism came to my mind during a self-hypnothrapy session i had over 1 year ago! I had scheduled to release the map before the map Novel and the new props it introduced. If by errors you mean billboard physics and 4 gold box zones, that was something that just happened and now they are resolved! Thanks for your interests! I know, the Iran map was awesome, but that's not what I was saying. And good job on the detail of the new map btw. :-) When I said "errors", I was talking about the fatal error the I get on almost all maps. :(

Fort Knox II, Combe, Farm, and Iran looks cool. (didn't get to play it before it got removed. :( )

I know all about fatal error, practically every map I go to, I get "fatal error" before it even loads, I've found 2 maps so far that don't do that, Madness, and Atra. it is rather annoying, and I hope it gets fixed soon. :(

well, Iran was probably also a 2.0 map, hence why it's so different from other maps. They probably just added it early to give people a taste of 2.0's awesomeness.... and sadly, I got a taste of it's errors. :(

these are the combos I suggest: Hornet and Isida (also good with freeze, firebird, or twins, but whatever you do, do NOT use a railgun) Viking with Railgun, ricochet, or Thunder (but not so much with the firebird or freeze, it's OK with the twins, but I wouldn't recommend it). Mammoth is slow, and so, needs a long range weapon, so don't use anything except for a smoky, railgun, or thunder. if you like dictators, get an M3, and hook either a railgun, or a ricochet onto it, those 2 guns are best with it. don't waste your time with the wasp, at M3, it can still be pwned by an M0 hornet. Hunter is only if you want a cheap tank that can do a little better than a wasp, and if you gotta get one, put it to M3, and hook a twins or ricochet to it. Titan isn't worth it if you have the money for better stuff, but if you want the metal slug, then I suggest M3, with the same weapons as the mammoth suggestions. these are just my suggestions, my opinions, I'm not saying these are THE top combinations, these are just ones I've witnessed and/or used, that worked really well. Also, my suggestion for paint: Spark, it has great resistance against all 4 of the most used guns. :twisted:

I have a slightly similar problem, I get in, but basically every single map I try to load, I get "fatal error" on... and I'm getting a bit frustrated. I also have to try to load the servers several times, because 60% of the time, all I get is a brown plain window (again, never used to happen). and sometimes, it gets fatal errors loading just the servers, and I can't get in at all. This never used to happen...... Tanki's servers have been wrecked! :evil:

That's just weird.... I wish that'd happen to me, I need crystals! :lol:
