Not a generalissmo but I have both, in my eyes Viking will always beat dictator because dictator is to high up and often shoots over tanks when pushed. Also its size makes it an easy target. Viking is better imo but others would disagree.

To all those who say they can't buy the cards locally: You can buy rixty prepaid cards online worldwide through offgamers or pcgamesupply using paypal or another such method. (this actually works out cheaper then buying straight from tanki).

Regarding vote kick, I don't use it much, however when I try to use it (this was my last battle I'm using as an example) and I'm 2nd, and other people have voted on one player with a 0.17 D/L who is last, It won't let me thumbs down said player. Is this a bug or is there some part of the vote function that I don't understand?
