If it was a Chat Violation, you can get banned for making a screen, and put them in the complaint section. You need to PM chat violations to Moderators. You don't need to read the official rules, but the rules of the complaint section. Because there's standing clearly that Chat Violations need to be PM'ed to a moderator!
