We need print screens to be actually sure that there's a bug causing this. Please next time when you are in a battle, get a print screen with the time and how many crystals you got, and the final result when you got it. Also make sure that if you leave a battle, all your score will be lost anyway. Next time post this in the Complaints Section where you can be helped by real moderators.
