As I am pretty experienced, I've seen that if the link gets clicked one time, or does not get used in 5 minutes, the link get incorrupted. I will make that too! I will try the link now, and if the link works, and you can change my password, it'll be delted immediately!

As you're a newbie, I'd advise you to take wasp and smoky first, upgrade them and after that you should get viking, buy nothing else and get new ranks and more crystals. Any furter I can not help you.

Please don't reply to this guide, but let the people who're having problems with changing the e-mail step forward to get a solution for their problem with changing the e-mail or the password of their account. The giving of solutions for other people is absolutely not prohibited!

Here are a few steps that show you how to change your password or/and email: 1. Push the settings button when you're logged in your Tanki Online account: 2. Push the 'Change password and e-mail' button: 3. You see a message coming up with 'The letter with instructions was sent to your e-mail address: 4. After that, you go to your e-mail, and you check out your inbox if you see any e-mails of Tanki Online: 5. In the email has been placed a link: 6. Click the link, and you will get to a screen: 7. Fill in your new data for your account en push save: I hope this worked out. -- Here will problems be placed and solutions will be given. 1. This is a problem that will come up when the link in your e-mail doesn't get clicked within 5 minutes, or when the link has been clicked by someone else already. This can be solved by sending a new link by following all the steps again up here. 2. You can not enter your account anymore, and you do want to change your password. How do you do that? Here'll the problem be solved! First go to the log-in screen, and push the 'Lost nickname or password?' button? Secondly, type in your email, if you still remember it: After that, go the your email, and if it is right, you've received a message from Tanki Online: Please follow the link, and change your password and/or Email. 3. Your email has been changed and/or you've typed in a wrong email address while trying to change it! What do to do? This problem has one straight way to go: Try to contact help@tankionline.com . This may take a while, because they'll be really busy.
