It isn't. Increasing cooldown is even worse, they're done already before you went through enemy base and came back in your base. They're fine and should not be changed. If you came up with this 2 years ago I would agree, but now there are almost more probattles in server 1 and 2 than normal battles. Just join a probattle and you're done.

Haha, I was stunned to see it as well, but i was one of those dutchies who did not lose trust in the team after the huge failure in the European League, so yah, this must make the team really strong, as their support increased a lot now, also from inside the country
