I don't think we do such a bad job, can you give me the links to the clans which should be closed in your opinion? I guess it's better to make things clean than to write a topic about it, resulting in a discussion, but still no clean forum.

Prepare a design, get members who are able to confirm their membership fast etc. etc. Make it look attractive, promising, whatever. Just make it so cool that people are like ''Hmm, yeah, that clan has some future possibilities''.

And the system gives you possible nicknames, like if you know only the first 3 letters of joostcool, you just fill in joo, and from there it gives options, where my nickname is most likely 1 of.
