Why so lean on punishing one of the major harm inflicting violator category? I see them almost everyday in "stadium" when the fund robbing happens, and because of these violators most of the sincere players end up without hard-fought crystals and as chat violators (by showing their disappointing anger in battle chat).

As always I am going to be frank here too. Let's hope this will not get me in trouble! This is the first thought came to my mind ---> Oh, not again! :angry:

I know a player who had the same situation, he was spared by a moderator from month ban but negative attachment to his karma stayed on as one month ban. :excl:

Rules are for everyone, as long as it stays that way things should be alright! :)

You can find how to get your 2k crystals in the link below! 1) First you log in to tanki ONCE (to get 2k once is enough) on 21 or, 22 or, 23 or, 24 or, 25 or, 26 or, 27th of April this year (that is year 2014). 2) After that you kneel down before your PC. 3) And then you kiss the BACK END of tanki URL on the screen, you do that while you are on your knees. 4) Then on 28th of April year 2014 you get your 2k crystals. Well, normally tanki did it as follows in the past: They offer tankers (players) two types of paints, one special paint for each clan (you can buy your favorite clan's paint in your garage), and then they give out all the crystals which they earned from this specific paint sale to tankers who bought the winning teams' paint! in other words ... 1) 10th of April there will be two additional paints* available in your garage. 2) Find your favorite finalist clan ... Choose one clan from here (tomorrow evening). 3) Buy the specific paint, which represents your favorite clan from 10th of April to 12th of April (you should buy the paint before the start of final). 4) YOU SHOULD NOT buy both paints, BUY ONE PAINT, believe me on this one if you don't understand why! 3) Then you watch the clan battle on 12th April here or here. 4) If the team chosen by you wins in the battle then you will get crystals. 5) Amount of crystals** depend on things like: Price of the paint, How many players buy paints, and how many players bought the winning team's paint. *last time players paid 500 crystals for each paint. ** This time tanki will not multiply the final amount of crystals for one team, BUT they might do it as a whole

I am also a not huge fan of kicking mechanism, but i came to like it with the time. Few times it worked against me, and more than few times i saw how it has been abused by most senior players in the game just to get one of their own into a certain game. Positive side was that most of the times unspoiled players used it to kick totally useless players and crystal hunters out of the battle. As Semyon said, system is not perfect, but removing it gives a huge free hand for crystal hunters and mult-planters. Therefor when i say "we would love to see the new mechanism in place ASAP", most of the players will agree with me.

(look ... unknowingly don't kid yourself) ;) We can drag this discussion for sometime without understanding each other, but i think you and your bosses understood what i am trying to say. My intention was to get your attention, and getting crystals back was not the first priority!!! you can have a look into my posts, i was doing these posts since "New Physics" came out. I sincerely hope you got my message, when you change parameters of a product, which is in customers posses (you already sold it), you got to be careful, specially when you want to take away some good features and offer them back again for money. Let me explain; it is some thing like this ---> * You sell a product with "good components", and let customers feel the luxury of having it ... * Then you callback few components from customer owned product, without giving a reason or money back, because buyer signed EULA. * AND THEN you offer same components to buyer (which were taken away from buyers) again for money, as micro upgrades. Something is not correct here! that is the point i was trying to get to your bosses' "well fortified" brains. Oh by the way, what i meant as "money" was crystals! *(please, before banning me forever at least you can give me a warning!)

The point, which i am trying to show to them is "why my Mammy is weaken, while i paid for totally different mammy then the one i have now in my garage rusting ... FOR YOUR INFORMATION , titan was an interim tank even before the "rebalance" and i have no question about why it came last. Stereotypes die hard, it will take some time to get that tank to the top! ### For the argument's sake you can have a look in the page where "characteristics evaluation" of before and after so called "New Physics" for mammy and Titan ... have a look where Titan was and where mammy was, and then try to understand the difference among them NOW ... And also ... do you know shaft users are waiting 8 long seconds to get their weapon recharged/reload while others in the battle play and enjoy the battle. Have a look for yourselves, what is the place MAMMY came in according to player voting results ???? ..... almost LAST PLACE!!! .... NOBODY wants MAMMY now! That is how famous and useful now mammy is, But I spent a good amount of money on that hull to develop it without knowing your plans! I want my money, which spent on Mammy back! You know what i am talking about, you guys have altered Mammy's parameters without consulting owners, and now due this alteration Mammy is a useless hull. SO I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
