I remember once, i was using thunder and some noob came up to me. I shot him once and it was one more hit till he died, his hp was probably just there, almost dead, and then he drugged everything except medic... And i love killing people JUST before they get to a crystal. They are like thinking YAY then BOOM, then they think :evil:

Just a bit more help from me (: Armour: Wasp- This is the first armor you will get in the game, i don't recommend upgrading this. Its speed is OK and hp is low. At 500 crystals for m3 upgrade you would rather get a hornet m0 at 450 crystals, 5 more hp and same speed. I would equip smokey with this armor and I've seen fire bird on it and its alright. Just don't equip high recoil guns on it eg. Rail gun, thunder and ricochet. Hunter- This is the tank i used while i was lower level. I m2'd it and its alright. It like the mix between a wasp and a titan, not too slow, alright hp and size is average. M3 upgrade costs 700, definitely not worth it in my opinion. You can get a viking m0 for 600 crystals, with all the same stats as the hunter m3. I use smokey on this, twins are ok, fire bird also works but it might be a bit slow. Titan- Big slow and massive hp. It has the same hp as a wasp m3 at m0. But speed is too slow. A large body also makes it an easy target. This armor is good with smokey, twins and rail gun. You can also put thunder and ricochet, but if your that high level you'll probably have better armor. Never put fire bird, freeze or isida on this armor, because while you shoot the enemy can just leave and you wont have the speed to chase them. M3 upgrade costs 900 crystals. If you want a big slow massive hp tank, go for mammoth. m0 mammoth 10 more hp and same speed. Dictator- This is one of my favorites, good hp and speed. But its a bit big. Other than that is fine. 120 hp and m3 with a speed of 8. You can put most weapons on this tank, rail gun, fire bird, thunder, ricochet, smokey and many others. You also can use the close range weapons as it is fast enough to catch the enemy and has enough hp to survive to get right in front of them. Hornet- This armor is great for rushing and sneaking, small fast and agile. Only the hp is a bit low. Hp of the m3 upgrade is only 100, which is the same as viking m0. But what it lacks in hp it makes up in speed. The fastest tank there is. Give it nitros and you'll never catch it, but at high speeds is likely of flipping. Dont equip with rail gun, anything else should be fine. The recoil of rail gun is too high for such a light tank, and if the enemy gets the timing right you'll be on your back. Viking- This is my personal favorite, speed is good and hp is also good, and in my opinion its the only thing that looks like a tank. Again you can equip this with every weapon without any trouble, but preferably not with a close range, you still can in small maps, but in big ones more a long range would be good. M3 150 hp and 7.5 speed, overall its nice. Mammoth- This is like a upgraded version of titan, big and slow but lots of hp. M3 speed is half of a hornet m3 but hp is twice as much, in small maps again close range is good as it can tank alot of damage will inflicting quite alot as well. Today i was going into a Iran game, and the load took longer than usual, all of a sudden a sign came up showing speed hack detected! Will i get banned for this? I didn't do anything wrong.

Lol, takes a m3 railgun to 1 hit a m0 hornet is it? i remember a few times it just got my sides and i was JUST alive, couldn't see hp anymore. And its not cheap, 3,700 for m3...

I think some of the 999 games are just for exp, or some people go afk, get a book on the spacebar with a smoky and just wait, maybe get a few kills before that but overall they get quite a few.

titans so fat and slow, by the time you stick your gun out, someone has already taken a few shots at you, and ever tried capturing a flag with a titan?

Most maps, crystals drop in the open, highland is good but again in the open, iran is right in the middle of the map....

Keep the crystals, when you get higher level upgrade cost quite alot, dont but too much (well as much as you like before refund, just not drugs, they dont get refunded) i spent all my crystals, got 7 now, im warrant officer, but i know ill get it all back soon :lol:

Viking dude, not too slow, m3 hornet same hp as m0 viking...

depends what situation your in, if your full hp and their full hp, might help alot, but ive seen some hopeless people use it one shot before they die.. just a waste there.

This is my first post about a subject like this so don't bag me. Step 1:Finding a good spot There are two types of play that i know of, the type where you camp and wait for the enemy to pop up, or when you run into their spawn and try to blast em all away. When camping find a good spot, one which is hard to get to, hard to shoot at and well covered. It might take time to get there but it'll be worth the trouble. Some Examples: Fort Knox 1 & 2- You go around the left of your spawn up the ramp, then turn right into the small narrow place. Its alright but if a fire bird/isida/freeze comes behind you your dead (and ricochet) -Stay next to the ramp in your enemy spawn, every so often stick your head out, take a few shots and go back. Combe- Try to get up to the spot behind your spawn, take cover behind the buildings (only works for one of the colors, other one just has a wall) Deck-9- If you have ricochet you can get up to the top of the blue i think spawn, reverse into the wall and keep shooting the ground. There are many more you just gotta find em. When you rush, try go from the sides around into the base, don't try through the middle, you can but you might get seen easily. Go around the back and kill em. YOU HAVE THE ELEMENT OF SURPRISE!! NINJA THEM!! Step 2: Finding Enemy There are a few ways you can find an enemy. Firstly you can just sit and wait until you see red or blue on your screen. This sometimes takes a while in a big map with not many people. Second you can go explore, run around the map and you'll surely find someone. Thirdly you look at top right corner of your screen. If one of your team-mates has died and you saw where, go near there. Look around to see if you can find the person who killed him/her, if your lucky your team would've already hurt them, providing an easy kill for you. Step 3: Killing Enemy With all the different weapons on TankiOnline you have to think of a different way to deal with each one. eg. with fire bird you don't go running up to attack it. Normally i reverse while shooting so you stay out of their range while still killing them. This also works with isida and maybe freeze (probably can't run). Or if you are cocky and tank stay on the spot and duel. If your attacking whit fire bird/freeze/isida i wouldn't drive right up in front of them (unless your drugged up), try going around them, avoid being seen, get them from the sides and back. Attacking a rail gun isn't as hard as many people think, if you get the timing right you can easily knock one out! Just before they shoot (when the tip lights up) shoot the front sides of their tank, if you get it right it will shift their tank aside and they will miss. You may have to miss a turn but it'll be worth it. Attacking twins. I'm not really good at this because i use thunder, and my computer lags a bit, so whenever a ball hits me it sends my aim way off, and makes me miss. Normally i just leave if i see one :mrgreen: (if anyone would help me out a bit it would be greatly appreciated) CTF When capturing the flag i find it easier to go with an isida healing you or if you got one (its healing effect is quite useful). But you don't want a massive lumbering tank like a titan and mammoth (no offense to you guys). You want a small light tank that is fast, but not too weak otherwise your dead, personally i use viking, its not too slow and has the same hp as a m3 hornet and m0. Try go through smaller areas, don't go running around in the open with the flag, making yourself an easy target, stick to the sides or along plants, not really useful but might help. You can also use drugs, but im not that big of a fan of them. N20, Double Armour, Health, Mines and if you like Double Damage (to kill anyone in your way) Getting Crystals- There are many ways to get crystals, some of them aren't that helpful. You can camp and wait for them, this is probably the worst way, as you are taking up a room in your team doing nothing. But it will work. You kill enemies and capture the flag, this may cause you to win, and raise the battlefund. Much more exciting and you also get exp. Buy them, yes i know, some people can't get it. But it is also an option. ( i used this a bit :wink: ) Occasionally you will meet someone who says not to kill them. Just kill them, its a game where you're meant to kill the other tank, not some peace conference. Thanks for reading this and i hope this might help you a bit. :) Cya. iNubCake
