could be many things but here is a few i think 1. not wanting to take the responsibility as a leader 2. fear of going against the top clans that are already up

i think the clans need a cap with the limited off good English players to go around there all joining one clan a cap with the clans will minimize the clan sizes and increase the amount of clans that will be made at least until 2.0
