Answer is really simple. Every update makes game looking better but heavier. 90 % of players have weak or buggy computers. That's why the quality of game falls down. I had 25-35 FPS before updates and I still have because I switch of different processes that overload processor and RAM. All you need is - to make everything to your PC that we advice on our forum. Also there is a problem with foreign providers. They just limit traffic for Russian servers! Good luck :)
