uh no. you don't pay to join a clan..unless they want you to. the clan bank gets a percentage of the crystals that the clan buys, as well as being able to enact a tax on the earnings of the clan members (afaik). see above answer. a clan bank is a total crystal fund that the clan members can deposit and withdraw to buy things. like a real bank

server restarts happen everyday....it's not a big deal, that's just the deadline. it's easier to say "server restart" than "10:00 PM UTC" because people live in different places and so have to convert that time over to their current time. nothing happens then, just 1k gold boxes disappear.
