Until then, the building, no matter what map it is on, won't have the barrier at the top. That is the reason the map maker is not help responsible. The rank system in TankiOnline is a combination of perhaps most of the world's military terms. It consists of terms from the Army, navy and the air force. :P I believe its perfectly fine the way it is.

You cannot play well with Railgun without using camera controls. I've had duels with Coolone and other Railgun players that ended like that one did, 10:8. And I've had 10:0 =)

Honestly speaking, I never had that problem... Yes, There are one or two blind spots but with clever movements you can even take a look at them. The problem only arises when you have to choose between shooting an aggressive player, or the enemy's sniper, at Serpuhov that is.
