still the same never load

it stops there and then i get kicked from the map because i was inactive :/

my mission says earn 300 xp in the RIO map but i can't enter the map :/ it never load i don't know why...

when i play the game i have very high ping more than 300 !! but when i open youtube HD 720 it's load fast my download speed is 500 kb/s does any one else have high ping or it is just me ?! :/

and why is that ?!

i forgot everything about the e-mail... so now i can't change it right ?!

when i play thunder i kill my self and i get -1 WTF how can i shot someone without killing my self if he was close to me i mean every players come so close to me and shot me how can i not kill my self ???!!!!! thunder now is so sucks i am happy cuz i upgrade M3 but now this update make the gun stupid !!! plz when it will be back to the same ?!

i want to change my password but i forgot my e-mail's password so what can i do to change my password ??!!!

when i play polygon i get lag for no reason and my ping is only 70 !!! and sometimes i kill player and my kills is still 0 !!! i guess the problem is from the new update because the game was good before the update but when the update comes i got this problem so please tell me how can fix this problem :(
