Isida has many advantages, though it's big disadvantages are low range and low damage. It's a nice tank to have in CTF and TDM for sure.

M0 is good at low ranks for CTF and TDM. DM, not so much.

It's basically beast at any rank if you know how to use it. You can use many techniques with it to own games. Only disadvantage would be the reload.

Feel like I'm the only one that appreciates the nerf. If it were what it was before the rebalance, it'd be an OP tank. There were way too many shaft campers before the rebalance that would just get kill after kill.

Well ... you can use the strategy of not playing ...
