This is caused by lag what you see is not actually taking effect in the game (the player is not healing) it's just a connection error and it wont effect the game (give advantage to that isida etc) ,either by him or by you, if it's by you check some topics about how to fix lag. clear browser cache, raise your FPS, or use adobe standalone, sometimes a simple refresh fix it.
