For Adaptive FPS, some people has delay in commands, for example, if you click up, your tank will move up after seconds, not instantly, so Adaptive Fps doesn't allow that, however i turn it off because it slows my fps by 40.

it adjusts how props look from your tank distance and thank you sir for being the perfect complainer, some people just say "Help problem" and stop talking :)
