Ok,the ports are blocked so i will assume someone "maybe your own internet department" or someone who has control of your internet is denying you from accessing, so it's not a tanki problem, it's from there.

Right click on the signal mark Choose "Troubleshoot problems" It will automatically detect problems, and fix them. You need to check if there's any ports blocked, ask the person who is responsible for providing internet in your office/ the guy who set up the network

Click on the game then try moving "yes click on the game screen" Not working? click the windows key + R and write down OSK and click on the arrows, check if it's working. Try the arrows somewhere else, are they working? Do you have any key related program installed?

It's not a problem, it's how the game is designed, the shots have a small range which they can still hit you with, specially ricochet, however, the railgun have a really really small range.

Hi, clear your cache, clean the junk files, restart your pc and play the game, after two days, even less you will notice the lags are gone. As for the big parts it was added for a more dynamical background, they wont affect the loading and the lags anyway!
