Twins is really good even at high ranks due its high damage rate

Fire is good as an assault as it kills even after it gets destroyed, so it makes a good distraction for the freeze to take the flag

If you mean having a low fps rate, you need a seriously good pc, like one that costs over £1500 (maybe i7 with 2 or 3 GB graphics). I played Tanki on an Intel Core i7 with nVidia graphics (I think 1 GB) and without deeper shadows, it's awesome! Until you add it, the pc lags So now I play on my own pc without deeper shadows and its fine If you actually mean lag, it's your Internet connection (see FAQs)

Ram doesn't help that much with playing Tanki - as long as you have enough to run Tanki, it's fine The graphics and processor are the main concerns

It is still significantly lower than before 123, so why can't he complain?
