well, theres been a lot of discussion about the rail. people are asking if its worth it, i say yes. take a look at the reasons below. 1: the rail can be very powerful, and it takes out most noob tanks eg. titan, dictator and hunter very easily. mostly one shot. 2:but it has its downsides. it takes a while to reload, slow turret movement (exept for rail M3). and most tanks like viking and mammoth can withstand these quite easily. 3:best tactics for fighting with the railgun is to hide behind a wall/building/corner move out from behind cover and take your shot, then drive straight backwards into cover. often if you use double power, the shot can take out most tanks, just dont get caught out.
