You can also be allied with another team and do training war AND official war but it should be clear between two leader if this game is official or not :P

i would be bad because it will be easier in buyer's life, you buy M3 thunder at 14k but you dont buy M0, M1, M2 so you didn't spend 500+1500+4500=6500 so you buy M2 viking and you spended 20 500 for a value of (20,500+600+1800+5500 i think =28,4) 28,4k so you had 8k free crystal...
