Of course they can. The whole purpose of these graphics is to reduce lag. The new graphics are far simpler than the old graphics and will be able to run faster on weaker CPUs as a result. i hope you say the truth

You done a mistake, nitro don't double speed, it is like this: speed*1.2+3 ex.: hornet M3 10*1.2+3=15
