Yeah, I watched this series a while back. It was really entertaining fusing WWII Warships with modern and sci-fi technologies. I no longer watch much anime nowadays, but I still cross on some really good J-pop here and there. There are some really great stuff once you dig deep enough.

I think Freeze needs a little buff at M2 and M3, but M0, M1, and M3+ Freeze do just fine.

I have nothing against premium players. Most of them have the 3 hour version anyway.

Shaft M3, XT Fire M3, and Rico M3 look best for me.

In CPs, it's Dictator-Twins. That combo is pretty powerful even against Majors.

Back when I was only a Major, the only M2 I had was Isida. It really sucked for me. I tried playing hard and saving as much as I could for sales and trying my luck on certain contests. 2 years later, I'm cruising around with M4 Shaft and M3 Hornet. It's all about determination.

I'm beginning to think that Tanki is only really balanced at M4 range.

The reload of M4 Smoky is just terrifying. :unsure:

I think you're better off with Paladin kit. Smoky's very powerful and versatile especially in DM and CP with high damage per minute. Legend kit if you wanna rock out with Hornet-Railgun in long range maps, be excellent supporting fire in CTFs or play XP battles.
