Guns always first. But rail m1 is slow and weak, if you buy it buy m2. Twins cheap and strong is close combat but in far it worthless. If you can wait until you can unlock viking then wait and dont upgrade hunter. My opinion buy rail and upgrade it :)

Try to use different browser like mozilla, to me mozilla is best
