There was a minimap feature planned for 2.0, but this has since been removed from the plans, because having this minimap or radar will destroy the balance of the game. A supply version of this would have the same effect, for this druggers would destroy balance. :(

What this game needs is a few more hulls instead of more and more guns; there are 9 guns to use compared to 7 hulls.

It isn't against the rules to use drugs in any map, they are YOUR supplies and you can use them when where and how you want. And if you want the true Twins map, you go to either Silence, Gravity, or Magadan! (but hardly anybody plays on the latter two anymore)
